No. The 7.5% success fee applies only to the first full year of the initial placement — up to and including the first 12 months of paid occupancy. If the first year is delivered through multiple short-term agreements (for example, two 6-month terms), each agreement is success-fee eligible until the cumulative 12 months are reached. Agreements beyond the first 12 months are not subject to the fee.
Our 7.5% success fee is at least 25% lower than typical broker commissions, which are 10% of Year 1 rent plus a negotiated percentage of additional years. In NYC, a standard 5-year broker commission equals 20% of Year 1 rent.

Listings must still be created by the principal. You may include your agent’s contact information in the listing description or title. The principal remains responsible for the subscription and 7.5% success fee.
