A Slow Season For Executive Suites

<p>This has been a slow summer in the Executive Suite industry in New York City. If you speak to various "brands" of executive suites here, a lot of the site managers feel the same way and nobody seems to have an immediate answer to the problem of too many empty offices and not enough renters.</p>
<p>The corresponding segment of the shared office space market in NYC doesn't seem to be subject to the same downward pressure - other than that produced by languishing for the last 2 weeks in August, which is typical on an annual basis. So just in case you're not at the beach, and if you're still looking for shared legal office space I thought I'd post a few of our current listings that might be of interest to you.</p>
